Train in Poland for seven days in a traditional way with Shì Héngyì (35th Generation Shaolin Disciple & 18th Generation Disciple of Meihua Quan).

“The Shaolin Warrior & Meihua Quan Week” will be a unique experience in Poland, the only one of its kind. The camp aims to take you on a traditional journey that will allow you to experience life like a true warrior. You will 7 hours daily in a traditional way. Training suits all skill levels with a positive attitude, an open heart and mind, and a willingness to train hard. Traditional training includes kung fu basics, power stretching, power training (endurance, and strength), self-defence techniques, and combat training. Qigong, Taiji, and meditation will be taught in balanced training.
